PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

Individual Training Sessions

 One-on-one customized training program to meet your individual needs and achieve your desired fitness goals.   

 FEE:  $75 per 1 hour session 

 

 

Group Training Sessions 

 

Session shared with one or more clients to increase dedication and motivation to your training program.   These one hour group sessions are fun and provide clients with a built in support network.  

 FEE:  two person group $37.50 per person, three or more person groups $30 per person  

 

 

 

 

POST-REHABILITATION TRAINING

 

 

 

As a Medical Exercise Specialist I work with clients in post rehabilitation training.  These are clients who are referred by their physician or physical therapist.  My emphasis is on functional training (not medical treatment) of these clients to improve or maintain the gains made in their treatment and physical therapy.  I offer strength/cardiovascular and flexibility training, core conditioning and weight reduction programs. 

 

 I only work with these clients after they have been medically cleared by their physcian or physical therapst.  I will then consult with the physcian and physical therapist, evaluate the client and desigh an exercise program that has the approval of the medical professional making the referral.  Once I begin working with the client I will continue to provide progress reports. 

 

Post-Rehab Clients/Conditions:

  • ACL Reconstruction
  • Total Knee and Total Hip Replacement
  • PNF Syndrome
  • Achilles Tendon Rupture
  • Shoulder Impingement and Dislocation
  • Spinal Conditions
  • Hypertension
  • Diabetes
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
  • Arthritis   

 FEE:  $90 per 1 hour session / $45 per 30 minute session

PRIVATE YOGA TRAINING

 

Benefits of Private Yoga Lessons:

While there are many benefits to be gained from attending group yoga classes, an ideal way for many people to learn yoga and develop a personal practice is through private consultation.

We begin by discussing and accessing your individual needs.  Next an individual practice of postures and breathing is designed for you.  Your individual practice is based on your general health, specific injuries or condition, age, strength, flexibility and life circumstance.
Reasons to consider private training are:
o Privacy
o Personal attention
o Development of a personal practice for your individual needs
o Specific therapeutic benefits for injury, stress or emotional situation.

As a personal fitness trainer, medical exercise specialist and psychotherapist, Nancy Chadwick brings a unique combination of training and experience to professionally address your individual needs.

Private lessons may also include two - four people, and are a great way to learn with a partner or friend.

 

Fee:  $75 for individual session.

          Two people = $37.50 each.

          Three or four people = $30.00 each.

          

 

 

Walk Off Pounds 

 

Fitness walking class which includes resistance training using rubberized resistance tubing that we take with us on the hour long outdoor workout.  Fun!                                                                                 

FEE:  two person class $37.50 per person, three or more person class $30 per person 

 

 

 

Yoga Walk

 

 

Our class begins at the studio for a special yoga warm up and prepares you for a fitness walk that will include personalized mantras and breathing techniques. 
 
It will end at the studio with yoga stretches and relaxation. 
 
A fun combo of yoga and aerobics.
