The Fitness Studio, is a private personal fitness training and post rehabilitation training studio.

Whether you are wanting to:

  • lose weight

I'm Nancy Chadwick , Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist.  I've been a trainer since 1990.  My goal is to help your reach your fitness goal. 

Your program will be designed individually just for you.  I will design it keeping in mind your fitness level, of course, and also what you enjoy and the amount of time you realistically have available to train.  When all of these factors are included in the design of your training program you are much more likely to be successful in reaching your goal and keeping it for life.
